With over 35 years' experience leading diverse teams in the hospitality & health care industries across the nation, Bruce understands challenges leaders face today with having to do more with less & balance the ever-evolving & often competing expectations of senior leadership, front line staff & customers. An expert in employee engagement & building high-performance teams that have consistently achieved high levels of customer satisfaction, employee engagement & profitability, Bruce helps leaders to transform their Quiet Quitters into Passionate Performers, who are unified around shared purpose & priorities.
Bruce holds bachelor's degrees in Business Management from Santa Clara University and Hotel Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is also a Certified Virtual Presenter, a Certified Practitioner in The Five Behaviors® & Everything DiSC®, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, & is a member of the National & Florida Speakers Associations.
Bruce and his wife, Michele, live in Vero Beach, Florida. They enjoy golfing, beaching, bike riding & spending quality time with their five children and extended family who live in California, Illinois, Tennessee, Kansas & Florida.
